We are happy to accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay when you shop with us online:
Unfortunately we cannot accept PayPal because they are unwilling to process CBD sales.
We chose to remove this payment option in order to continue providing these high-demand, extremely beneficial products to our clientele. You can find our line of full and broad-spectrum CBD products here. If this payment processor changes the rules, we will happily offer this payment method in the future.

Have you forgotten your login handle?
If you have created an account online and aren't sure of what your login email is, you can either create a new account or email support@hammernutrition.com to be reminded. If you create two accounts, please contact us and we will merge them for you.
Do you primarily place your orders over the phone?
Many of our customers call our hotline to place their orders. They provide us their email address and mailing information, but this is not the same as creating an online account. To create an online account please click here.
Are you an existing web customer with an online order history?
Our new website launched on July 13, 2022. If you are visiting this site for the first time since then, welcome! For security purposes, your password was not carried over. If you previously held an online account, you should have received an email to activate your account. You can also activate your account here with the same email and it will link up with your order history.
When creating an account, logging in, or posting a comment on our website, you may face an anti-spam security challenge via Google reCAPTCHA. This service shields against automated software, thwarting abusive activities that ensure the security of our website and our users (you!).
If you forgot your password, please use the forgot password function on our website under My Account. Enter the email address associated with the account. After entering your email address and clicking on the 'Submit' button, you will shortly receive an email with your password reset link.
The password reset link will be coming from support@hammernutrition.com. If you did not receive an email with your password reset link, please check your spam/junk folder for an email from support@hammernutrition.com. Please ensure that the email did not get stuck in any of your anti-spam features within in your email system.
Please add support@hammernutrition.com to your Whitelist, in order for future account emails to be sent to your email's inbox.
If you are still unable to locate the email with your password reset link, please email support@hammernutrition.com, call 800.336.1977, or take advantage of our online chat feature for further assistance.
If you have a promo code or gift card you wish to use on your order, you'll have the chance to enter it during checkout.

If you are trying to checkout or view your shopping cart, and are receiving a site error, please clear your cache and cookies. Then, completely close your browser and re-open it. If you are still receiving an error message, please email support@hammernutrition.com, call 800-336-1977, or utilize our online chat feature.

For most browsers, clearing the cache/cookies option is located in the upper right of the browser. For a mobile device, select the browser under Settings to clear cache/cookies.
Edge - Click on the three buttons in the upper right of the browser > History > Clear history. Click on the Clear button with cookies and cache checked.
Firefox - Click on the three lines (hamburger) in the upper right of the browser > Library > History > Clear recent history. Click the OK button with cookies and cache checked.
Chrome - Click on the three buttons in the upper right of the browser > More Tools > Clear browsing data. Click on the Clear Data button with cookies and cache checked.
Safari - Click on Safari in the upper left of the browser > Clear History. Click on the Clear History button.
Internet Explorer - Internet Explorer is not a recommended browser to use with our website.
Orders must ship within the USA, including US protectorates and military mail.
If you live outside the USA and would like to order Hammer Nutrition products, please find your local international distributor on our list.
All orders must be shipped to addresses within the USA, including US protectorates and military mail.
If you'd like to place your order shipping within the USA using a credit card with an international billing address, you may do so online.
Simply checkout as normal, entering your USA shipping address. Then, during the payment step of checkout, choose "Use a different billing address". Enter a new billing address selecting the country and entering the billing address corresponding to the credit card.
Please note, orders placed with international credit cards may be temporarily held for additional verification.
