Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on products purchased directly from us. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us for a full refund or exchange (unopened consumables, clothing, and gear) within 30 days of receipt. You do not need a return number or authorization to send in a return. Please call us during business hours to make this process as smooth as possible for you at 1.800.336.1977. Please note that if you purchased a Hammer Nutrition product from a retailer or other vendor and are unsatisfied, you MUST return the product to your place of purchase.
Consumable product: This includes Fuels or Supplements; Returns and Refunds only: Instead of having you return an opened product. Hammer Nutrition will credit you for said product. If the product is unopened, please use the instructions below.
Clothing returns and exchanges: Aside from trying on an item for fit (with protective undergarments), all clothing and soft goods returns must be in new and salable condition with original tags attached, enclosed in the original packaging, and returned/exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Clothing and soft goods items do not qualify for a return or exchange if they have been used, washed, or removed the original tags. If you feel that a clothing item has manufacturing defects or flaws, please get in touch with a client advisor at 1.800.336.1977 for return/exchange instructions.
- Swimwear will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and a return/exchange may or may not be granted at the discretion of management.
- Multiple unit refunds: Please note that if you purchase multiple product units and are unsatisfied, we will refund the cost of one opened unit/container and any remaining unopened units/containers.
Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. Please note any new sizes when requesting an exchange to ensure you are sent the desired exchange item(s).

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Hammer Nutrition.
Receiving a Refund
The time required for you to receive a refund will depend on the following factors:
• 1 to 10 business days for us to receive the return shipment from your shipper.
• 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return.
• 3 to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund request.
Please note: If customs refuse delivery of your package and returns it to Hammer Nutrition, we will apply a credit for the dollar amount of the product returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable and won't be credited to your account. We appreciate your understanding.
