Love all of the recipes in this book! I especially love the ""Blackberry Banana Smoothie"". It was absolutely delicious.

If you're like me you find something that works and beat it to a pulp. This cook book gave me the creativity I was lacking. All of the recipes were easy to follow and because this is a Hammer product I know they are designed to keep me fueled/recovered. A conveniently downloadable PDF makes this easily accessible. I've always been a big waffle fan and the protein waffles are great
Great if you're an athlete and want to eat healthy
I've used this cookbook to help fuel up and recover from training, and I can highly recommend it. Lots of great recipes that'll give you plenty of options no matter what you're feeling like eating. The smoothie section is also really nice if you have a blender, I'd recommend the horchata if you want to feel like you're somewhere in California's central valley racing a dusty, fast criterium.
