STANDARD RATES
- FREE shipping on all orders over $100!*
- Flat-rate for orders less than $100:
$6.95 under $50
$9.95 from $50 to $99.99
*Based on subtotal of items in your order. **Shipping charges will be applied for orders requiring a specific carrier or signature-required service.
Shipped via carrier of our choice (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc) unless explicitly requested during checkout.
STANDARD SAME DAY SHIPPING
Orders received by 12 PM Mountain Time
Orders received after cutoff will ship next day. Those received Friday after cutoff and over the weekend ship on Monday.
*Delivery is usually 2-4 business days, but is not guaranteed. ***May not apply during sale periods.
EXPRESS SAME DAY SHIPPING
Orders Received By 1 PM Mountain Time
3-day, 2-day, and overnight service are billed at our heavily discounted rates and displayed during checkout or quoted during phone orders.
Express orders received Monday through Friday by 1 PM Mountain Time will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1 PM cutoff will be ship next day. Express orders placed after cutoff on Friday and over the weekend, ship on Monday.
Express Saturday Delivery
Only offered on overnight shipments received by 1 PM Mountain Time on Friday for an additional $15.00 added to overnight shipping charges. Please request Saturday delivery by contacting us by phone rather than through the website. Saturday delivery may not be available in your area.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscriptions over $100 ship FREE!
The initial order starting a subscription follows the shipping policies above.
Renewal orders will be shipped via our “standard" service following the policies above.
During the initial order starting your subscription, estimated shipping costs for future renewal orders will be shown.
Changes made later to your subscription may impact the shipping rate on future renewals. Shipping costs on subscription renewal orders are recalculated at the time the renewal is processed.
Split Shipments
In the case of a split shipment, you’ll receive two separate tracking numbers from two different order shipment emails.
International Orders
We do not accept international orders via our website. Please call our Client Service team at 001(406)862-1877 to place your order between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. United States MST. Shipping charges do not include duties, taxes, or other applicable fees for your country.
Please note: If customs refuse delivery of your package and returns it to Hammer Nutrition, we will apply a credit for the dollar amount of the product returned to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable and won't be credited to your account. Additionally, if, for some reason, customs holds your package for customer pickup/payment, we are no longer responsible for the package at that time. We appreciate your understanding.

Canada
Before placing an order with our U.S. site, please check our Canadian distributor by clicking on hammernutrition.ca. United States shipping charges do not apply to Canadian orders. We ship to Canada via Express Mail International and will e-mail you a shipping quote requesting your confirmation before we ship any order to Canada.
Note: Many products are restricted for import into Canada, including those containing L-Carnitine and CBD. We strongly encourage orders through our Distributor to avoid delays.

Orders are shipped on business days only.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. -
Military orders
Due to the generous discount offered, actual shipping charges will be billed. All APO/FPO/AE/AP addressed orders must be shipped USPS Priority. Transit times vary significantly once the package is delivered from the USPS into the military mail system. We are unable to track the package in the military mail system. Please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery. -
My package shows delivered but I can't find it?
Delivery notification is emailed to you for all shipments. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered* but you cannot locate it, please take a moment to check your porch area, planters, doorways, fences, and even with your neighbors. Also review that the correct shipping address was entered on your order. If you haven't been able to locate your package after a thorough search of your premises, please contact us and we will be happy to assist on our end. If your package cannot be recovered, we will assist you in replacing the order.
We do require you to contact us within 3 days after delivery notification receipt to assist with its location and replacement if necessary.
*USPS may show “delivered” up to 24-48 hours before the package is actually in your mailbox/doorstep. Please allow for this lapse if your tracking is for a USPS package before contacting us.

My package is delayed/stuck in transit?
If your tracking shows no movement for 2 or more days, please contact us to investigate the delivery of your package. -
Where should I have my order sent?
Shipping is quickest to a business address. If you use your business address as your shipping address, include the name of the business to help the delivery person find your address, and include your name as the contact. If you prefer to have your orders sent to your home, include any special instructions (i.e., "leave on front porch") in the comments field of the shopping cart. You may also ship to your billing address or an alternate address. -
What if my package is lost/stolen?
We are not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier and stolen or lost after the delivery. Reshipments to any address that has experienced theft and is deemed a bad address will be billed to the client for both product and shipping. We strongly encourage you to choose a safe and secure delivery location where the package can be left with a person or request a signature required for an extra fee. -
Can I change my order after I submit it?
Once an order is submitted, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your order closely before submitting it. Additional items can be shipped as a separate order and will be charged shipping accordingly.
