Hey Fam, Cody Kauffman here; I have been hammering since 2021. My first introduction and experience with Hammer was speaking with Ricky Taylor while working at an IMSA/INDYCAR event in Detroit and discussing my training for my first IRONMAN. I picked up the Long Fueling Starter Kit. I felt this would be a great intro to several products that I would look to utilize in training and also in my IRONMAN. My first time fueling with perpetuem and having endurolytes extreme saw me tackle 50 miles on my usual Saturday route. In the past, this had been a four-bottle day, losing about 5 lbs and trying to recover as best as I could after. With Hammer, I was sufficiently fueled and did not lose significant fluids. Having Recoverite immediately after was a completed night and day experience. I was all in at that point in time, and I told all my buddies about Hammer. My primary sport had been cycling since 2019. Now, picking running back up and introducing myself to the sport of swimming has seen me utilize a multitude of Hammer products. From everyday supplements to fuels and recovery Hammer has helped me across the board. I feel better daily; I can train, recover, and sleep better. My normal regime of Hammer products consists of starting my day with Premium Insurance Caps, Race Caps Supreme, Mito Caps, and Tissue Rejuvenator.
Depending on the training activity, it is then HEED or Endurolyte Fizz, and for super hot days, I rely on Endurloytes Extreme. Recoverite post-workout or events/races. Other go-tos are Perpetuem on long training/event days, and Hammer Bar or Hammer Phood for a quick snack or meal replacement. The Race PR Kit is super effective for me, and I use it on FONDO's and IRONMAN's. Right now, mango fizz and strawberry recoverite are my favorite flavors. It has been nice to change it up, and I will see that Hammer, hands down, has the best flavors for products. I am Charged up to be a Hammer Athlete. The products have helped me unlock a better me and help me chase perfection, I think everyone should try Hammer and join the best community out there!
