Full-Spectrum Electrolyte Profile – This complete profile contains the following minerals:

Sodium – Sourced from salt, which is comprised of 40% sodium.

Chloride – Sourced from salt, which is comprised of 60% chloride.

Calcium – Supplied in the “as chelate” form, meaning it’s calcium bonded to one or more amino acids, usually glycinate (glycine) or asparate (aspartic acid).

Magnesium – Included in the “as chelate” form, it is magnesium bonded to one or more amino acids. These forms are used for maximal absorbability.

Potassium – Included in the citrate form, it is bonded to citric acid for maximal availability.

Calcium Chloride – An easily dissolvable source of both calcium and chloride.

Calcium Carbonate – Chelated to carbonate (a salt of carbonic acid), calcium carbonate is a source of easily dissolvable calcium.

Magnesium Oxide – A rich source of easily dissolvable magnesium.

Potassium Bicarbonate – A colorless, odorless compound selected for its high dissolution rate. Bicarbonates are also used to aid digestion and help alleviate stomach distress issues.

Natural Caffeine – COLA FLAVOR ONLY – Derived from green tea extract.

Vitamin B-6 – This water-soluble vitamin plays an active role in maintaining sodium-potassium balance. It also supports the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and protein.

Sorbitol – A natural calorie-free sweetener.

Stevia – A natural, calorie-free sweeter derived from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, a plant native to Central and South America. It does not affect blood sugar levels or contribute to tooth decay like sugar does.

Avocado Oil – A healthy oil used as a tablet-pressing lubricant.

Monk Fruit – A natural, calorie-free sweetener that does not affect insulin production. The sweetness from monk fruit is not due to natural sugars like most fruits, but instead from its naturally occurring antioxidants called mogrosides.

Maltodextrin – A high-glycemic index (GI) complex carbohydrate, ideal for providing fast-acting, long-lasting energy during exercise and for replenishing the body’s glycogen stores after exercise.

Energy Smart® (Rice Syrup, Grape Juice Concentrate) – This all-natural, low-sugar sweetener plays an important role in Hammer Gel’s delicious flavor while contributing minimally to the overall carbohydrate content. Energy Smart® is certified non-GMO, gluten-free, and allergen-free.

Citric Acid – Used in minimum amounts to meet FDA requirements for acidity levels. Hammer Gel contains less citric acid than comparable products.

Salt – Minimally added for preservation, flavor, and digestive support. It is not a source of electrolytes (see Endurolytes® product line).

L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine – The branched-chain amino acids (BCAA’s) protect against muscle tissue breakdown, while also helping alleviate fatigue.

L-Alanine – This amino acid is used to help meet energy demands, particularly when the body’s carbohydrates stores are running low.

Potassium Chloride – Rich source of potassium. Supplies additional chloride as well.

Potassium Carbonate – Used in small amounts to regulate the acid/alkaline balance of the flavors of Hammer Gel that are a bit more on the acidic side than the alkaline side (e.g., Espresso, Chocolate)

Cultured Dextrose (Used in pouches and some jugs) – FDA-approved, all-natural preservative.

Potassium Sorbate (Used in some jugs) – FDA-approved preservative.

2.0 = TAPIOCA Maltodextrin – Less processed, NON-GMO, lower mono and disaccharide content/much higher percentage of polysaccharide content (courtesy of its lower Dextrose Equivalent), less sodium content, and even closer to the desired neutral pH.

Classic = Corn Maltodextrin – A high-glycemic index (GI) complex carbohydrate, ideal for providing fast-acting, long-lasting energy during exercise and for replenishing the body’s energy (glycogen) stores after exercise.

Whey Protein Isolate – The most bioavailable of all protein sources and the superior source of amino acids for muscle tissue repair and immune system support. Whey protein isolate also provides potent anti-inflammatory benefits.
