Aquabike Events - Hammering Since: 2013
My main interest is participating in Aquabike events. I also plan on entering Triathlon’s and 5 k runs this racing season. My weekly routine is swimming and biking 4 days a week, yoga and going to the gym for weight training. I just started back running. I have been using hammer products for over 10 years which has helped, for energy during workouts and recovery after workouts.
