My name is Ava Depizzol. I live in Boulder, M,T, and I attend Jefferson High School.
I have been Endurance Riding for 5 years but riding horses for 9. I was introduced to Hammer Nutrition in my first year of endurance riding as I’ve always struggled with nausea and dehydration due to heat, which Hammer has helped with so much. I didn’t understand how important taking care of myself was as my focus was on my horse. I now know I can’t take care of my horse if I don’t feel my best, and Hammer definitely helps with that. I have been hammering for 5 years and have tried many of their products that are amazing, and will continue using them. So excited to be a part of the team!
