Got me through 100 miles of Gravel
I recently rode a 100 mile gravel race in Colorado at a much higher elevation than I am used to back in Missouri. I saw this kit and thought I would give it a try. I would be lying if I said I was fully prepared and that I am in great shape, but I had put some work in. I usually suffer from Power loss and severe cramping late in these type of events. My goal was to get this thing done with out any severe suffering if I could help it. I followed the lower end of the s recommended dosages mostly because this was new to me and it was tough to organize the dosages in a easy way to grab while riding. I took low side recommended dosage before the race and then low side recommended dosages every hour after my first 2 hours of riding. I took 1 anti-fatigue and 1-2 Endurolytes every hour and used a energy surge 2 different times when I felt power loss. Around mile 95 I thought I was going to get shut down by a cramp, but I never held on. I can honestly say that I never felt miserable and the only difference I can point to was taking this kit. Not sure if I did the program right, but I look forward to trying it again at my next race.
I like the anti fatigue caps the best. The race boost protocol took a bit to get used too.
