Subscription Terms and Conditions


These Subscription Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are between you and Hammer Nutrition and govern our respective rights and obligations. Please note that your use of our website is also governed by our website Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on the Hammer Nutrition website, all of which (as changed over time) are incorporated into these Terms.

If you sign up for a Hammer Nutrition product subscription, you accept these Terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements.

Subscription Benefits & Renewals

We offer the option of subscribing for regular delivery on select products. Products purchased on subscription are eligible for a discount of up to 10% off MSRP. This information is outlined on the Hammer Nutrition product pages that offer subscriptions and in the shopping cart and checkout process that follows. Applicable taxes and shipping rates apply to subscription orders and renewals.

After a subscription is started, it will renew by creating future orders at the frequency you select when you start your subscription or at any frequency you update your subscription to later in your account. If there is a price increase on a subscribed product, you’ll still get the same subscribe and save discount on the new price.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each subscription renewal order on the upcoming renewal date which can be found in your account on our website. Subscription orders are subject to shipping rates outlined in our Shipping Policy.

If all eligible payment methods we have on record for you are declined for payment of your subscription order, you must provide us a new eligible payment method promptly or your subscription will be canceled.

If you provide us with a new eligible payment method and are successfully charged, your new subscription period will vary depending on your chosen subscription. Visit your Account dashboard to see renewal dates for your subscription.

UNLESS YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT OR NOTIFY US WITH AT LEAST 1 BUSINESS DAY NOTICE BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR HAMMER NUTRITION SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY CONTINUE, AND YOU AUTHORIZE US (WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU, UNLESS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW) TO COLLECT THE THEN-APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL ORDER FEES, INCLUDING ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND SHIPPING FEES, USING THE SAVED PAYMENT METHOD FOR YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WE HAVE ON RECORD FOR YOU.

Subscription Cancellation

Your Hammer Nutrition subscription will continue to renew at your selected frequency until canceled. You may cancel or modify your Hammer Nutrition subscription(s) at any time by visiting your Account Dashboard on our website or by contacting us.

Subscriptions During Sale Periods

We may change or offer different subscription discounts or benefits during sale periods. This could include different subscription discounts for select products than offered during normal non-sale periods.

During sale periods the discounts offered for new subscriptions or existing subscription renewals may be automatically changed to reflect sale discounting. You'll pay the standard subscription discount, or the sale discount for the same product, whichever is lower.

If we change the discount on your subscription during a sale period, the discount will return to pre-sale discount at the end of the sale. All of these discount updates will happen automatically.

Subscription orders during the sale period are subject to our shipping policy which may change during the sale.

Other Limitations

We reserve the right to accept or refuse your subscription at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign any Hammer Nutrition subscription to another account. Hammer Nutrition subscribers are not permitted to subscribe for the purpose of resale, rental, or to ship to their customers or potential customers using their Hammer Nutrition subscription.

Only certain products are eligible for Hammer Nutrition subscriptions and are noted on the Hammer Nutrition product webpage. We won’t charge you the subscription fee for skipped subscription order(s).

Out of Stock Products

We strive to maintain consistent in-stock status for all our products. There may however be times when we cannot fulfill one or more items on your subscription order due to an out of stock issue.

In this case, we will process your subscription for the full payment amount, including the out-of-stock item. We reserve the right to handle the shipment of your order at our discretion.

We may hold the order until the out-of-stock item comes in or by split shipping the in and out of stock items separately. Generally we will make our best effort to expedite the entire delivery to ensure timely delivery.

Termination

We may terminate your Hammer Nutrition subscription at our discretion without notice. If we do so after you have been charged for a subscription renewal but prior to our shipment of the subscription order, your subscription will be canceled and we will give you a refund of the applicable subscription renewal order. However, we will not give any refund for termination related to conduct that we determine, in our discretion, violates these Terms or any applicable law, involves fraud or misuse of any Hammer Nutrition subscription, or is harmful to our interests or another user. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these Terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Agreement Changes

We may, in our sole discretion, change these Terms. Updated terms will be posted to this webpage without notification.

Returns

All returns of Hammer Nutrition subscriptions are subject to our Return Policy.
