1. FREE Shipping with your order of $100
Orders of $100.00 or more in merchandise will receive FREE ground delivery within the USA. Shipments totaling less than $100 in merchandise will be charged as follows: $6.95 for orders totaling $49.99 or less, $9.95 for orders totaling $50- $99.99.

2. Rush Orders
Due to the heavy order volume during our sale, please select from our expedited delivery options to ensure priority processing & speedy delivery. Actual courier ship rates will apply. All other shipments will be filled as quickly as possible in the order which they are received.

3. No Retroactive Discounts
Sorry, we cannot apply sale prices to orders placed before November 27. You are welcome to place multiple orders during the Nov. 27 - Dec. 20 sale and receive the sale discount on all items purchased during that period.

4. No Back Orders
This sale offer is limited to supply on hand. No back orders will be accepted during the course of the sale.

5. Online Ordering
Family and Friends Sale prices will be offered on our website for the duration of the sale. New and existing clients may order online and receive sale pricing from November 27 - December 20.

6. Retailer Pricing
Our retail partners may or may not be having a simultaneous sale. If they are not offering similar sale prices during our sale period, please respect their pricing decisions. We appreciate our retail partners and the local convenience they provide to our clients. Shipping costs and transit times are trade-offs for sale pricing.

7. Returns and Exchanges
The 2024 clearance items offered in this sale will change in 2025. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance items purchased during this sale.
