Dehydration is related to many issues that arise during training or events. The most common are:

  1. Lack of proper electrolyte replacement which can lead to a decreased ability to use fluids. Endurolytes are a key component to ANY workout.

  2. Over-hydration can lead to a flushing effect which lowers electrolytes and can lead to fluid simply being sweated out or lost through urination.
