Problem Solver: Stiff Joints

Stiff, aching joints are often related to an increase in training and or age.

  1. Too much, too soon is often a problem after either taking time off or recovering from a previous injury. This can lead to increased inflammation in tendons and ligaments. Tissue Rejuvenator can help.

  2. Tendons and ligaments are largely avascular (lack of blood flow), so using Xobaline to help with the red blood production means more availability for repair.

  3. Getting a massage can also assist in the healing or repair process and this is where EMS units are fantastic.

  4. Sometimes, it is from abusing the joints for so many years and then we begin to rely on NSAIDs (Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs) for pain and stiffness.
