- Helps reduce fatigue
- Assists in tissue restoration
- Supports oxygen utilization
Energy production and exercise performance is based largely on one factor—oxygen utilization. Without healthy red blood cells, your ability to produce energy drastically declines. Vitamin B12 and folate are crucially important for the formation of red blood cells. Xobaline contains the world’s most absorbable forms of both, balanced in the body’s preferred 1:4 ratio. In addition, these two nutrients play vital roles in protein synthesis, mood and emotional stability, energy production, and hormone regulation.
Folate (5-MTHF) – While standard folic acid must go through a methylation process in order to be absorbed in the body, this form (also known as L-methylfolate) is readily available and highly absorbable. It is the only form that can be processed by the growing number of people (estimated 70% of the US population) with the MTHFR genetic defect, which decreases the conversion of folic acid into the usable MTHF form.
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) – The naturally occurring and most bioavailable form of this vitamin.

Best recovery supplement
Love this recovery product! As I get older, I need more recovery time, but this definitely makes that recovery time shorter. I take this after every long long run, and I definitely see the difference when I don't use it.
Keeping this one stocked in my cabinet going forward
I usually take this after a good hard ride on my road or mountain bike, you know the kind of rides that leave your legs feeling like jello? Well it keeps me from being wiped out the rest of the day, and helps me still function at a high level despite having already pushed my body to its limits. It's also great after along hard day at work, having recently moved back into a physically demanding job after a few years spent working in a role that was done mostly at desk. To be honest, it has been great on just about any day when I want to be functioning at peak levels, regardless of how hard I have pushed myself and my body earlier in the day.
Started using Xobaline in 2004 training to ride across America. Back then it was a little different, red melt under the tongue. Totally forgot about somehow and started taking it again after workouts for an upcoming full Ironman in October. I believe this product helps in my recovery, I take it right after long swims, rides and runs. Awesome part of the recovery process'
