I first got into cycling because it gave me freedom. I could ride around my neighborhood, explore new roads, and just go fast. The faster I got, the more I wanted to push myself. Pretty early on, I knew this was the sport I wanted to commit to. I would describe myself as a patient racer. I pay attention to what is happening around me and wait for the right moment. When it is time to go, I trust my sprint and my ability to fight all the way to the line. Hard, aggressive races tend to suit me best. Over the past four years, I have worked my way from Cat 5 to Cat 2, racing both road and track. One of the most meaningful moments for me was winning the Junior Men’s Omnium Track National Championship. That result showed me that I can compete at the national level and continue to take the next steps forward. Looking ahead, I plan to race collegiately and spend time racing in Europe as I keep building toward long term goals.
I follow a structured training and recovery routine, and nutrition plays a big role in that. Hammer Nutrition has been a consistent part of my program. I use HEED on the bike for steady energy and electrolytes, and Recoverite after hard sessions to get the right balance of carbs and protein. The fueling works well for me, it is easy on my gut, and it is something I trust.
Hammer has been a reliable partner in my development, and it is a brand I am proud to represent because they support athletes who are serious about improving. From the first pedal stroke to full recovery, Hammer on.

The Cleveland Cycling Academy requires all its members to be Safe Sport Certified. Being Safe Sport Certified is beneficial because it equips everyone in the sports community (coaches, parents, athletes, officials) with skills to prevent, recognize, and respond to abuse, bullying, and misconduct, fostering safer environments, increasing accountability, and protecting the well-being of athletes, especially minors, by defining clear boundaries and reporting procedures. It builds trust, improves sports culture, and helps fulfill requirements for organizations within the USA Cycling, U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Movement.
