Products bearing that label or description have become increasingly difficult to find these days, as more and more companies turn to overseas manufacturers to reduce costs and increase their bottom line. That's why Hammer Nutrition is proud to say that all of our fuel and supplement product labels bear the words "Made in the U.S.A."
That's always been our standard, and it ensures you that our products are not tainted with inferior, fake, or possibly very dangerous substances. In addition, all Hammer Nutrition products are produced only in facilities that are GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant. GMP guidelines provide a system of processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure that manufacturers meet exacting standards for quality control concerning ingredients, sanitation, packaging, safety, and more. Customer Service News
Quality products go hand in hand with quality customer service, another top priority for us. To provide even better service to our customers throughout the U.S., we're happy to announce these changes:
- Faster delivery - In the past, we fulfilled all of our consumer direct orders from our warehouse in Whitefish, Montana. Recently we added an additional distribution center based in Wisconsin. This allows us to reach over 90% of our customers in 1-3 days, a much faster transit time for those living in the Eastern U.S.
- Saturday phone hours - Our Client Advisors are now available to speak with you on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time (MT).
- Weekend web order processing - If you order after 2 p.m. MT Friday until 2 p.m. MT Monday, your order will ship out to you Monday.
- No winter closure - For the past 15 years, we closed our offices for the week between Christmas and New Year's Day. This year, we'll close on Christmas Day and New Year's Day only; we will be open to process and ship your orders the remainder of that week.
